WHAT'S NEW???

LETTER FROM COACH YANNARELLI (Fall '11):

Hello All!!

I hope everyone had a great summer! Now as school gets going again, so do sports. Here is a link for a fall league (http://eliteleague.stickwithus.org/) that is recommended to participate in. If you are not participating in another sport please look into getting involved in this opportunity. At the very least EVERYONE should be handling their stick each and every day!! You should be playing wall-ball (50 lefty, 50 righty, 50 switching hands, 50 quick sticks with both hands and then any trick passes you would like to work on) the most important part is to have the stick in hand and play. As a team we also want to get stronger, a great routine to get into is to do 50 push-ups, 50 sit-ups and 15 pull-ups each and every day.

I also want to reiterate that if you or your parents have any questions please contact me, just an FYI it might take me a few days to reply. If you are looking to play in college please let me know so we can work together.

Please keep working hard and let's get the 2012 season started now so we can take another step in the right direction.

Thanks,

Pat Yannarelli
